Refund policy

Returns:

We do not allow returns for the following:

  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way
  • Products that are already used/opened

 If your package arrived broken Contact us within 48 hours to return your order. Please note that the return costs are for the customer.

We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. 

 CLEAR ORDERS:

If you have ordered from Klarna you’ll have the right to return the products within 14 days. (if a returned item does not meet the above conditions.)

LOST AND MISSING ITEMS

ZodiacGlamShop is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item
the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
